Descriptions:Dongshuiwu International Film and TV City is the first offshore filming base in China. Integrating film, TV, tourism, entertainment, education, recreation, health preservation and real estate, the project is located in the suburb of Haikou with a planned land area of 300 square kilometers and a real land area of 15000 mu. The total investment is 8 billion RMB. In the Film and TV City, there are film and TV center square, film and TV art institute, film and TV watch center, film and TV creation center, animation city, recreation resort for the actors, Hi-tech volcano simulation hall, island folk area, collection of Nanyang scenic spots, island reclamation museum, offshore filming area, land filming area, crater, sightseeing project of Dongshuigang air path with single track, Dongshuiwu natural swimming pool and other supporting facilities.

Profit making pattern and earnings forecast:The project combines film and TV, tourism, entertainment, education, recreation, health preservation and real estate together. Its function is complete and complementary.
