Descriptions:The public technology service platform of Hainan animation industrial base is a comprehensive service platform for the enterprises in the base. Depending on the existing resources of Sanya hi-tech industrial park, it establishes comprehensive incubating service facilities and basic technology service facilities, which are able to provide R&D platform, industrial support platform, investment and financing service platform, talent training platform and logistics service platform to the animation film and TV organizations located in Hainan Animation Industrial Base, and also provide industrial development, product design, technology support and other services to the hi-tech enterprises in Sanya District. One is comprehensive incubating service facility which is referred to business supporting facility of public technology service platform, including, office, conference, business reception, R&D, commercial service and other facilities. The major task of comprehensive service building facility is to provide all-round services to the enterprises, groups and organizations that apply public technology service platform. The major task of R&D building facility is for technology creation and design, including the setting of comprehensive network platform server and its maintenance terminals, public technology platform server and its maintenance terminals, education training platform devices, the two-dimension animation picture workstations and three-dimension picture workstations which are mainly for industrial design. Incubating building facility is adopted by the project production group (company) to make innovation and administration. It contains commercial center facility (providing copy, printing, fax and other service), conference room facility, reception room facility and office facility. The other is basic technology service facility. It is referred to the facilities that provide technology support services to the enterprise, including, filming system, motion capture system, two-dimension animation system, three-dimension animation system, rendering system, education training system, maintenance system, non-linear editing system and animation office system, etc.
