Descriptions:The animation city project covers a total land area of about 405 mu. The planned land area is 269,500 square meters with the building density of 21%. The planned building area is 168,250 square meters with a plot ratio of 0.87. The height of building and floor: The buildings of every area don't exceed 5 floors, and the building height doesn't exceed 17.2 meters. The project is aimed to become a hi-tech ecological park permeated with imagination and to be designed into a “floating city”, namely, a future city which is floating among the natural landscape. It not only reflects the objectives of integration with nature and protection on local ecological system, but also complies with the animation subject of imagination. As a comprehensive project integrating tourism, exhibition, hi-tech technology, digital entertainment, cultural innovation and other industries, Animation City pays a close attention to the application of modern methods over the fields of energy, environment and so on by virtue of its orientation. It sets up a good example for the development of future cities. The project mainly includes animation design, animation and education training base, animation center, production and transaction center of animation derivative products, international animation forum, namely international conference center, and theme park, which constitutes a animation world with beautiful environment, complete function, sound equipment and unique innovation, and becomes an international first-class animation industrial cluster with a certain influence in the industry. It is going to accept domestic and foreign social capitals, excellent talents, technology and new industrial concept for the construction of animation city so as to make development in the cooperation and achieve progress in the competition, and it shall create brands and improve competitiveness to form large market by means of horizontal collaboration. Besides, it shall integrate a series of relevant industries such as TV, audiovisual, publishing, toys, stationery, clothing and network, etc, through reinforcing the development of animation and tourism derivative products with a view to realizing the complementation, interaction and positive cycle of the industries and achieving considerable social and economic profits.

Profit making pattern and earnings forecast:In accordance with the current national Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises, Accounting Criteria for Enterprises, and the relevant stipulations and methods of Economic Evaluation Methods and Parameters for Construction Projects jointly promulgated by National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Construction of PRC, the project carries out financial assessment. The project calculation period is 15 years, including three years of construction period. As the construction scale is not large, and the construction period is short, it should put into trial production in the second year. According to the relevant tax stipulations of the state and Hainan Special Zone, the project shall be levied by 15% of income tax, and it has the right to enjoy the favorite policy of “exemption of income tax for the first two years of making profit and 50% tax reduction for the following three years”, and “three kinds of insurance fund” shall be collected from the enterprise by 15% of its after-tax profits. The reference value for the basic profit rate of the industry is 12%.
