Descriptions:Yangzhou Crafts and Art Agglomeration Area (Industrial park) is located between Yangzhou lacquerware factory and Yangzhou Jade Article Factory. The proposing construction area scales from the lacquerware factory of the east, the jade article factory of the west, the north moat and the Shikefa east road. The area is 300 meters long, 125 meters in width, adjacent to the ancient district. The actural area allowed for the project is about 83 acres (not including the areas of the Yangzhou Jade Article Factory and the lacquerware factory). And the total gross floor area of the newly built is about 55, 800 square meters (not including the areas of the Yangzhou Jade Article Factory and the lacquerware factory) with 30, 000 square meters of constructing areas.
Profit making pattern and earnings forecast:After the preliminary estimate, an approximate investment of 230 million yuan is needed, which includes land replacement (demolition resettlement) of about 0.8 billion yuan and about 150 million yuan consisting of pre-cost, fee for security, affiliated costs for construction as well as other unforeseen costs.
