Descriptions:Adapting to the joint-stock system, the Jiangxi Group for Performing Arts, integrating the arts troupes resource according to the market operation, is consisted of song and dance ensembles, mordern drama troupes, Peking opera troupes, puppet troupes, troupes of Kanju and so on. An living area will be insitu convention of the Kanju Troupes; the affiliated units of Jiangxi Group for Performing Arts will move to the new living area; a working area for arts performing will be in place by constructing Hongdu Grand Theatre on the original site of Unit 4; a “street for cultural products” is to be formed in the street stores of Hongdu Grand Theatre, together with the Tengwang Pavilion and Rongmen Road Antique Culture Street, establishing a majestic and top graded cultutal business area of culture, tourism, leisure, shopping and entertainment. 2. Project scale: The affiliated song and dance ensembles, mordern drama troupes, Peking opera troupes and puppet troupes of the Department of Culture of Jiangxi Province, adjacent to the Tengwang Pavilion, take up the prime location of the city. Nevertheless, owing to the obsolete housing condition as well as the backward equipments, it fails to meet the requirements for rehearsals and performances. As a result, we propose to establish a modern arena for rehearsals and performances on the original sites of the four above mentioned units, centering the Hongdu Grand Theatre, carrying on an integrated and comprehensive development of the area with all the resources collected, and all the efforts of the department. The overall developed area is no less than 100,000 square meters.

Profit making pattern and earnings forecast:The successful completion of Hongdu Grand Theatre is to considerably improve the rehearal area of the performers, to beautify the staging and to satisfy the growing requirements for cultural and arts appreciations of the citizens. Meanwhile, by integrating the cultural resources, the reconstrcted “Street for Cultural Products” is to further flourish the cultural products markets of Jiangxi Province
