Descriptions:Lying in the middle section of the Yellow River Ancient Course, the park, 7 kilometers long from east to west and 18 kilometers wide from north to south, includes one strap, two areas and ten gardens, with the area of 120,000 mu (1 mu =666.6667 square meters). And its forest coverage is 61.8%, including woodland of 12，000 mu, orchard of 21，000 mu and the green area around and in the network of forest of 7,000 mu. In the park, the resource of forest trees is very rich with 210 species of 117 genuses in 55 families. It has the good reputation “the little fruit-mixing village”, in which economic forests, such as pears, apricots, peaches, dates, mulberries, apples, persimmons and hawthorns spread all around the park. The project include: 1. Roads, bridges, plazas, parking lots and other infrastructure; 2.Spa resort, commodity center, tourist center and other tourism facilities; 3. Forest recreation ground, sand skiing ground, zoo and other entertainment projects, 4. Yishou Garden, Xingwu Garden, Xiangxue Garden, Ruyi Garden and other scenic constructions; 5. Golden-autumn Million-fruit Garden, Zhongheng Manor, Heaven-ginseng Manor and other eco-tourism projects; 6. Xingwu College, Folklore Museum, Great Cloud Temple, Culture-enterprise Park and other cultural constructions.

Profit making pattern and earnings forecast:In recent years, the tourist base has kept growing fast, expected to grow over 50% year on year, on back of the continuous improvement of traffic conditions and the vigorous promotion. The economic benefits will rise notably when the expanded park is in operation in 2010: the ticket income will reach RMB 51.5 million, the tourism commodity income will arrive at RMB 30.5 million; the recreation income will be RMB 7.1 million; the comprehensive service income will amount to RMB 51.9 million and the income from the value-added trees and flowers will top RMB 36.1 million. As a result, the total income will be RMB 230 million
